Your privacy
Your privacy matters. Here is how Lubna keeps you safe.
Lubna does not know your real name
Section titled “Lubna does not know your real name”Lubna uses a code and a nickname for you. Your teacher’s computer matches your code to your name, and that name stays in your teacher’s browser. It is not sent to Lubna.
That is why you should never type your real name, a friend’s name, your email, or your address into Lubna. It never asks for them.
Who sees your work
Section titled “Who sees your work”- Your teacher sees your answers. That is how they help you.
- Your classmates only see your nickname in a live quiz.
- The AI helper only ever sees codes, never your name.
No ads, nothing to buy
Section titled “No ads, nothing to buy”Lubna has no ads and does not track you for advertising. Gems are not for sale and nothing costs money. If anything asks for money, tell your teacher.
Be kind and be careful
Section titled “Be kind and be careful”- Keep your code private. Do not share it.
- Do not tick Remember me on this device on a shared computer.
- Do not write anyone’s name in answer boxes, like the What’s still unclear? box.
If something feels wrong
Section titled “If something feels wrong”Tell your teacher. Tell them if you see a mean message, a name that does not seem right, something that asks for personal information, or your account looks like someone else used it. You will not be in trouble for telling. You can also tell a parent or another adult you trust.
