Exit tickets

An exit ticket is a short check at the end of a lesson. It tells your teacher what made sense and what did not. It is not a test.

  1. Go to Exit ticket, or tap Enter an exit ticket code on your home page.
  2. Type the ticket code from your teacher’s screen. Tap Next.
  3. Type your student code (like S-4K2P). If you are on your own device, you can tick Remember me on this device.
  4. Tap Start.

Confidence rating. First you pick how sure you feel about today’s learning. There are four buttons:

  • 1: Not yet
  • 2: Getting there
  • 3: Got it
  • 4: Could teach it

Be honest. There is no wrong answer here. It helps your teacher plan.

Questions. Next come up to two questions. Pick a choice or type a short answer.

What’s still unclear? Some tickets have a box for this. It is optional. Write what is still confusing. Do not write anyone’s name.

When you are ready, tap Submit. You will see “Thanks! Your answers are in.”

Changed your mind? Tap Edit my answers, make your changes, and tap Update my answers. You can do this until your teacher closes the exit ticket. After that, you will see “This exit ticket is closed.”
