Reading and display

Everyone reads in their own way. The Reading & display menu lets you make Lubna look the way that works best for you.

Find the menu

Look for Reading & display on the join page, quizzes, homework, practice, exit tickets and your home page. Tap it to open the settings. Changes show right away.

What you can change

• Font: Figtree sans-serif, System sans-serif, or OpenDyslexic. OpenDyslexic is a font made to be easier to read for some people.
• Text size: Default, Large or Larger.
• Spacing: Default, Comfortable or Wide. This adds room between letters and lines.
• Contrast: Standard or High. High makes text stand out more.
• Background: White, Warm cream or Soft blue.
• Reduce decorative motion: Tick it to calm the animations.

Try a few. There is no wrong choice.

Read aloud

During a quiz question, tap Read aloud to hear the question and choices. Tap Stop reading to stop.

Good to know

• Your choices are saved on this device only. You do not need an account, and Lubna does not learn anything about you from them.
• On a different device, set them again.
• Tap Reset for this device to go back to the usual look.
• Reducing motion does not change the timer or your score.
